I may not be the MOST organized person, but this book helped me understand how to prioritize my time and putting what is important to the forefront.

I really enjoyed how this book gave me different perspectives on how to approach making decisions, but also how to include others around me in the decision making so they feel more involved and proud of what they are doing for the company they work for.
